Apeks XTX 100 and XTX 40 Octopus
The XTX100 regulator from Apeks incorporates the Diver Changeable Exhausts system features which allows the diver to change from a small exhaust tee to a large exhaust tee. A wider exhaust tee provides minimal bubble interference which is essential for underwater photography or a narrow exhaust tee for a smaller compact comfortable regulator and ideal for use as an octopus regulator.
The Apeks XTX100 regulator has the Reversible Venturi System meaning it can be converted from a right handed hose configuration to a left handed one and can be performed by any APEKS Authorised Service Technician.
The XTX100 regulator now has a new front cover using high strength plastic which improves the durability of the demand valve. The ergonomic Venturi lever reduces the amount of grit ingress and will prolong the life of the regulator.
Apeks have paired the XTX100 with the XTX40 octopus. This Apeks Octopus has a high strength front cover, an ergonomic Venturi lever as the XTX 100 has and a new silicone exhaust valve for improved breathing performance.
